become your drum is an idea inspired by a love of music, concerts and new york city. byd's namesake is adapted from nyc's own street artist, James de la Vega, whose murals and random street tags with the words "become your dream" are at the heart of a city where all aspire to do just that.  Aiming to find great music acts, support their local shows, and share our passion for them with the world, byd hopes to be that discursive platform with which all can find their sound and become their own drum.
