Silver brazing paste is the homogeneous mixture of solder powder, flux and some organic vehicle with a certain degree of viscosity and thixotropy. It can be applied to soldering of cooper and its alloy, steel and stainless steel employing various heat sources such as flame, resistance, high frequency and furnace. It is suitable for both automatic and semi-automatic welding machines. The brazing paste we offer is customizable to meet various requirements for brazing techniques and temperatures.

(1) Micro atomized filler metal: accurate alloy composition, standard cost, melting range and welding capability and could meet the relevant industrial standard.
(2) Soldering flux: remove the reformulation of surface oxides on the base metal and reduce the surface tension.
(3) Paste-like binder: maintain fluidity and viscosity of paste to prevent oxidation and protect brazing flux.
